COMPREHENSIVE SAME DAY QUOTATIONS

Almost all quotations reach the consumer the same working day via email specifying all the works to be carried out and all costs. A further copy is also dispatched through the post.

SEDBUK A RATED BOILERS INSTALLED

The Worcester Bosch Greenstar range of boiler is the one most specified by us due to the reliability and the fact that they fall into SEDBUK A RATED range meaning that your new boiler will use less energy. Generally these boilers are over 90% efficient and come complete with a two
year guarantee.

POWERFLUSHING THE EXISTING SYSTEM

This is a process of removing all electrolysis and debris from the existing system via a power flushing machine so that the manufacturers instructions are met a Corrosion inhibitor is also added on completion to prevent future build up.

ROOM THERMOSTATS AND THERMOSTATIC RADIATOR VALVES INSTALLED

To meet with building regulations the system requires a room thermostat and thermostatic radiator valves on at least the bedroom radiators If there is no room stat on the existing system a wireless digital room thermostat  is installed to prevent cables being ran Thermostatic radiator valves give you the option of setting room temperatures separately.

NOTIFICATION TO GAS SAFE ON COMPLETION

Once your system is installed by law we must self certify the work to the local authorities via GAS SAFE, a letter of confirmation is then sent to your confirming the installation meets current legislation.

FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE ON ALL WORKS

On completion a no quibble five years guarantee is provided giving you peace of mind that in the unlikely event of a breakdown we will endeavour to attend the same day.
